ラーメン新山は埼玉県で最も人気のあるラーメン店のひとつです。

初めてこの濃厚ラーメンを味わって以来、すっかり虜になってしまいました。

今回は、濃厚ネギラーメンに辛口をカスタマイズして注文しました。

追加料金100円で追加できるこの辛口は、今や私の大好物です。

運ばれてきたラーメンを見てまず目に飛び込んでくるのは、山盛りのネギ。

スープの湯気とともに、ネギの香りが漂ってきます。

つやつやとした自家製麺も美しく、豚骨と鶏ガラの旨味が凝縮された濃厚なスープに、ピリッとした辛さが加わり、力強い味わいを生み出しています。

麺をすすると、スープが麺に絶妙に絡みつき、香りと旨味が一気に口の中に広がります。まさに至福のひとときです。


最初に運ばれてきたご飯は軽く盛り付けられ、最後にスープに浸され、旨味が染み込んで完成。

この一杯のラーメンには、新山さんの職人技への情熱が凝縮されています。

何度食べても美味しい。

Ramen shinzan is one of the most popular ramen shops in Saitama.

Since my first taste of their rich ramen, I've been completely captivated by this bowl.

This time, I ordered the rich green onion ramen with a spicy flavor customization.

This spicy flavor, which can be added for an extra 100 yen cash, has become my current obsession.

The first thing that catches your eye when the bowl arrives is the mountain of green onions.

The aroma of green onions wafts up on the steam from the soup.

The glossy homemade noodles are also beautiful, and the rich soup, a blend of deep pork bone and chicken flavors, is enhanced by the spicy kick, resulting in a powerful taste.

When you slurp the noodles, the soup clings to them perfectly, and the aroma and flavor spread all at once—a moment of pure bliss.

The rice, which arrived first, was lightly garnished, and finally, it was soaked in the soup, allowing the flavors to permeate, and then it was all finished.

This bowl of ramen is packed with shinzan dedication to his craft.

It's delicious no matter how many times I eat it.
