    This is Bariuma Ramen from Bari-Uma, a worldwide ramen chain.

    If you seen my last few post, you can see that my tongue is not well adjusted since Warito and Menya Kissou.

    This ramen's soup is to tonkotsu and shoyu based. The soup however, is thick thick, just like Bankara's. They use pork fat as part of their ingredients. Whyyyyyy. Too strong for my taste bruv. Is it a trend? The noodle is quite springy though, so it kinda complements.

    The chashu is quite well done, soft and tasty. The tamago is overcooked. In general this is a decent ramen, very hearty for those who seek a strong flavored ramen.
