I’m someone with German and Japanese roots, living in Sweden—and I’ve become a real ramen enthusiast. Whenever I travel, I seek out ramen spots, and I’m slowly trying to map them across Europe, to help build up more shared knowledge about where to find great bowls here. Not many people around me in Sweden or Germany fully understand this passion of mine—but I’m really interested in learning more, not just about recipes but also about ramen’s history and the stories behind it. That’s why I started the “ramen heads Europe” group, for anyone based in Europe (whether living here or just passing through) to share ramen recommendations across the continent. But i am not sure how to use it yet. The notes and ratings I post are really just my own personal record. Taste is subjective, and I know what I like might not be what you like—so please use this as a starting point, and go try places for yourself to see what you enjoy!
