A German with Japanese roots in Sweden turned into a ramen head. I eat ramen wherever I go. I will do my best to map ramen places in Europe, to contribute to the knowledge here. Not many people here in Sweden and Germany understand why I am so passionate about ramen. 🤓 I wish to learn more about it, not just recipes but about the history and people. I have created a group “ramen heads Europe” for those who are in Europe (temporarily or permanently) and contribute with ramen places in Europe!
