tonkotsu（2300円）

A rather average bowl. Broth rather thin and noodles thin as well, with little flavour. The egg cooked a bit too much, but with a rather sweet seasoning. The pork is a single slice, relatively plain. The wakame salad doesn’t work at all here and ruins the little goodness of the broth. The bamboo is rather soft and also rather on the sweet side.

This is an okonomiyaki place that offers also ramen, only this tonkotsu ramen.
