This time I tried the shio variant. The spicy miso I tried last time.
The broth has thickness and smoothness, and naturally besides the salty taste not so much. The noodles are yellow, curly, and a little short, but all ok. A good handful of spring onions giving some acid. The chashu is melting like butter in your mouth, the one that stands out the most in this bowl. A solid marinated egg. Took again the combo with a bowl of rice and karaage. Freshly made chicken, hot and juicy. A lot of calories for the rest of the Sunday for sure!
Well executed, but I am not the biggest shio fan.
Remember: only on Sundays!
