kumo miso ramen（4200円）

A tonkotsu miso ramen. The miso flavour was there but the broth behind it was rather watery. The fresh garlic and a bit of chilly oil gave it some kick, that made up a little for the thinner base. The noodles rather thick and straight, a little on the softer side. The egg was runny and salty. 3 thin skaices of duck that were fatty of course. Overall, ok but nothing that stands out in either direction.
