    A salty dark broth, clean and light, small fat dots all over. Thick, long, and soft noodles that arent giving so much but are filling. A good amount of sprouts and onions giving a bit of crunch and freshness. Thin, pale, but nicely fatty chashu with a nice yummy saltiness.
