spicy garlic ramen （2500円）

A spicy garlic ramen. Based on a chicken broth I think, with a rather fatty chilli sauce that has more oil than fire. Noodles aren’t bad, piping hot in the bowl. So that’s a plus. Half a marinated egg that is rather salty but a good consistency. A single slice of chashu, it is a thick bite, and rather neutral. The bamboo rather sweet and soft, light.

A corner in a food court that serves ramen and some other bowls. Not bad but everything together tastes mainly salty, a certain depth is missing. All in a disposable paper bowl; so really more like a quick fix. Not sure I am convinced but should try again.!
