  • A nice set of ramen, karaage, and Japanese rice. The broth was smooth and had indeed a rich garlic and spice to it that was fun. The miso didn’t come out that much. The noodles were yellow and curly and had a good bite. The chashu was melting, so fatty and with a tiny level of smokiness. The egg had a good colour and saltiness, but had a bit of a crumbly texture. All in all, a satisfying set meal that I definitely come back to.

    Btw: they only do ramen on Sundays, on here days it is more of a general Japanese restaurant.
