A spicy miso that is indeed on the spicier side. The broth remains a little thin though, with a bit acidity of the miso. The noodles are rather thin, round, with. Good chew. The chashu is thin, but still a little chewy with little extra flavour. Egg and bamboo with good softness and more on the sweeter side. Overall the bowl is on the smaller side, with little broth to slurp from. I would say it isn’t bad and not exactly brilliant but still fine enough for a good quick fix.
