biang biang ramen with chicken

A Chinese place for hand pulled noodles. A ramen that doesn’t consist of a sophisticated brew but an aromatic and slightly spicy blend. The noodles are thick and flat, with a good chew texture. The chicken was unfortunately chewy too. All in all, the noodles were indeed most fun!
