The spicy signature ramen with karaage.

The broth is miso based, fine dotted fat eyes, but rather liquid-ish, and the miso is a floury almost in the end?. A generous amount of noodles, thin, straight, more firm, not bad, but reveal little taste in the face of the spicy broth. Spice-level very modest from my point of view. The karaage seems alright. The pak Choi is very soft cooked, like the bean sprouts. The egg isn’t bad, nice yolk, good saltiness, soft.
It still leaves me undecided what to think about it. Is it a Kara-miso attempt?
