tsukemen

A nice bowl of tsukemen. Noodle a little sticky and nicely chewy texture. The broth a little frothy, and smoky, and with a nice dark flavour. The onion have a good texture and give a perfect hint of acid into this without making too much of the onion. The bamboo soft and with less strong flavour. The egg more sweet and good chew, still soft but more on the solid side. All in all a good satisfying bowl.
