braised beef noodle soup （3000円）

Strictly speaking a Chinese restaurant but that focuses on noodles and have a beef noodle soup as their specialty.

The bowl was rich and filling. A spicy broth. Hand pulled noodles that had a nice texture and chew. The braised beef was tender, and full of flavour, with a gentle herbal note I think. Half an egg on top and a hand full of chives. Overall, a nice fix when craving noodle soup (if no ramen is nearby).
