Lanzhou lamian with pork and speckled cabbage （149円）

A genuine Chinese noodle place that offers handmade noodles.

Broth is watery but smooth and rich tasting. A relatively salty taste. Broth has fine dotted fat eyes. The pork is thin and offers little taste, in conjunction with the broth. The cabbage almost tastes kale like, but is nicely soft. And the noodles are definitely nice, good chew, one can taste the freshness. With a little bit chilly oil it became a more fragrant. A good find even it isn’t the most perfect match for my taste buds. But there is more to try here.
