A Special: Niboshi ramen. A rare find in German places or generally in Europe I think.
The sardine broth isn’t very strong on the fish side, more soy sauce direction, but with a smooth fattiness that is just nice. The noodles are a bit short for some reason and I wish them longer. The chashu is rather thin, and delicate. The egg well done. With a hint of yuzu on top; this is a nice touch. Enjoyable and nice to see it here.
