A new place that is serving ramen and sushi.

The bowl is rather bit with a deep red and oily broth. There is little nuttiness or sesame really in the broth, but a noticeable hotness. More watery than creamy. The noodles are thin and with little taste, and overcooked, not make for this kind of hot broth i would say. The chashu is thick and fatty, a bit chewy, and the egg is mainly soy sauce flavoured and surprisingly crumbly and dry. Overall, not sure what I should think of this place
