The half-size set, to be able to try the cha-han too. An old school place, whose walls tell you that there has been some cooking going on for decades. Very down to earth. And so is the food, down to earth but good.
The ramen was simply but smooth and rich, with thin and firm noodles. A little slice of fatty pork belly, without much seasoning, but just to munch on. This isn’t the fancy place to recommend for a cool picture shot but a solid place that knows what it does, and does it simple and good. The cha-han was simple but fun to eat.
I rather eat here every day than in a fancy hipster place.
