A small bowl of a shio ramen with a broth that has some fatty outside but remains a little watery inside. A hint of niboshi I believe? The noodles rather thin and with a good chew still. The chashu thin, fatty but also a little chewy. The egg soft and with a gentle saltiness. The greens were sort of all over the place and coloured everything when eating. Not sure I get the creation unfortunately, even when it still a high quality.
