tonkotsu ramen

A watery broth with little flavour, minimal fat, and no soul. First it was pale white and it appeared to me a little like a tonkotsu but once started some reddish hint with some spicy flavour came in. Maybe some chilly sauce or so? The noodles also not spectacular, thin and no flavour really. Small serving. The menna had no flavouring at all, was rather soft and soapy. The egg and chashu was more flavourful and soft and yummy.
