shio Paitan

A rather small bowl. The broth is indeed murky, thick, and flavourful. But a little lukewarm. The flavour experience goes into the right direction. Noodles thin and round, and a little soft. The Menma cruncy, and fun. The chicken slices are a little chewy and fit well. The tamago is a little too salty this time, and overpowering everything once you bite into it. The spinach adds something to it that isn’t there, but not sure it should be there. It is with a good consistency though.
