A no non-sense bowl that is made to fill you up! Good miso flavour blended into a white gold tonkotsu liquid. The miso leaves a gentle barely noticeable acidic crust on top of the rich salty round miso umami wave. Noodles firm and a little shorter than the average i think. Big chunks of sweet bamboo. Thin simple slices of pork. The egg nicely runny and salty. All of that in a big steaming hot bowl. I guess no dinner needed. Good stuff, leaves you stuffed.
