shio paitan（2500円）

A chicken based broth, a bit thicker and salty, but with a lower temperature than I like to have. Tender chicken with a nice salty egg. Noodles a little bland and not distinctive, but ok chew. At the bottom I could find some more black pepper that could have made more of a difference but didn’t come through earlier. A good amount spring onion and also a nice rolled up bite of spinach.
