shio ramen + gyoza set（199円）

A weird experience and one other example of how the idea of ramen doesn’t work here.

It is a shio broth, sort of luke warm. Liquid and watery, but a little smoothness of it. The noodles were thin and without much taste. The egg was just an egg, the bambo just bamboo, both without any flavour. Soft chashu but has some flavour to it that doesn’t work here. Lots of weird garments that don’t work for me. All in all, it could work maybe as some sort of “Asian soup” but it is far away from ramen.
