mazesoba（2200円）

A new addition, located inside the market hall.
They offer only a chicken based ramen and mazesoba.

Noodles are handmade, a good portion, thicker and round, with a good chew but some residual floury texture. The ground pork is fine, a bit softish. Egg is alright but brings in little flavour.

Overall, not too bad. It lacks something in the condiments maybe.
