A spicy miso, at least according to the menu.

A lukewarm warm watery broth that is a million miles away from a real miso ramen. A bit spicy flavour that gives something at least. The noodles were flat and curly, and about 5cm long on average and looked not like real noodles. They were hardly cooked and felt wet inside. The coriander and the onion is totally ill placed and the meat is sort of ok. The egg has a very weird texture, almost floury and grainy.

I can’t cope with this, this isn’t my place and not my flavour. I hope your bowls are better when u come here but this doesn’t work for me. I apologise for making this negative report but this is not what I think a miso ramen is.
