A Chinese noodle place offering wet beef noodles and dry zhajiang noodle. As far as I know. Handmade noodles.
Of course the noodles were of main interest: nicely thicker noodles with a slight chew, long and stretchy. All covered in some nice vegetables: edamame, cucumbers, salad. The zhajiang paste on the side. Generally good but when mixed with the nodules, it tastes weaker and softer. A little more strength would make me feel better.
The place offers also a vegetarian version. Extra egg, meat, noodles can be ordered.
Next time I will try the beef noodles
