A well executed bowl with lovely presentation. As before, the noodles thin but firm, and a good portion of them. I realised how smooth and silent the sesame paste works in the background while carrying the spicy hot flavour. The duck is semi-cooked, juicy, soft. Filling enough to leave your belly happy, but also well crafted to tease the taste buds.
